(2) pounds of ground venison (Pro Tip: Mix in 20% pork fat)
(1) large egg
Onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper to taste
½ cup breadcrumbs
5 or 6 packets of Taco Bell® Mild Sauce (or half of the 7.5oz bottle)
Optional: Jalapenos and/or guacamole
Step 1: Combine the ingredients and form into patties. This recipe will get you about 6-8 burgers, depending on the size you make ‘em.
Step 2: Pre-heat your grill to medium-high.
Step 3: Put burgers on the grill and cook to your liking (Medium to Medium Rare is the sweet spot).
Step 4: Slather mayonnaise on the bottom bun. Crack some fresh ground pepper on the mayo and top with a burger patty.
Step 5. Add optional veggies. Then devour.
