Madison, NC – Remington Outdoor Company (“ROC”) proudly announces its title sponsorship of “Kendall Jones: Game On!” This exciting new Web series follows 20-year-old college cheerleader, Kendall Jones, and her friends, along with special guest stars, on their outdoor adventures. Remington is providing firearms and ammunition for hunts, which will include everything from alligators to prairie dogs to whitetails.
“Kendall represents the next generation of hunting and conservation,” said Kevin Graff, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Business and Consumer Development, ROC. “With nearly 700,000 Facebook fans and a proven connection with young hunters, Kendall’s Web series aligns with our goal of engaging new audiences.”
Kendall Jones skyrocketed to fame after her Africa hunt posts created a storm of criticism from mainstream media and support from hunters and conservationists around the world. ROC immediately supported Kendall and her right to hunt and quickly volunteered to help develop her Web series.
“Ever since I was a kid, I have always challenged myself – pushing to be my personal best. Whether it’s perfecting a tumbling pass to win a National Championship, or practicing my shooting skills to prepare for my first African safari, I always give it my all,” Kendall said. “To be associated with ROC’s iconic American brands, such as Remington and Marlin, is humbling and a source of pride. I took my first big African game, a white rhino, with a .416 Remington, and I’ve been a fan of their products since I began hunting as a young girl. The ‘Green R’ has a very special place in my heart. I’m super excited to be working with such a great company, and I can’t wait for everyone to see the first episode!”
Episodes of “Kendall Jones: Game On!” will celebrate this young huntress’s passion for the outdoors as she hones her hunting, shooting, and fishing skills. The first online episode debuts Tuesday, October 21st on her YouTube Channel, www.youtube.com/kendalljonesgameon, or can be accessed via link through her Facebook page at www.facebook.com/kendalltakeswild.
