Shipping & Delivery Questions

Where do you ship?
Remington online orders can ship to street addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Some items may also ship to P.O. Boxes in the lower 48 with the USPS Final Delivery method. At this time, Remington does not currently offer shipping to U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam, or APO/FPO addresses.

How fast does an order ship from Remington?
We typically ship orders within 24 hours during the week and within 48 hours on weekends. Expedited orders must be submitted by 12pm EST in order to be shipped that day. Drop Shipped Products usually don’t ship the same day since they are shipped separately by partner. This will be indicated on the product info page for products shipping directly from the manufacturer.

How long will my order take to get to me?
UPS ground delivery time normally ranges from 3-5 business days. Standard Mail through USPS can take 4-7 business days depending on your mail service. Expedited orders placed before 12pm EST (Monday - Friday) will be shipped the same day via UPS Next Business Day Air or 2nd Business Day Air. Business Days are defined as Monday through Friday, and exclude major US holidays and inclement weather days. Some remote locations in AK and HI require additional business days for delivery.

If I order more than one item, will they arrive in the same box?
Since some items are shipped from our warehouse in Memphis, TN and other items are shipped from our warehouse in Ilion, NY, your purchases may arrive in more than one package. For split shipment orders, we will send you an email notification when each package has shipped. If all of your shipments have been delivered and you are still missing items, please Contact Us immediately.

How do I return an order?
If for some reason you need to return a product you purchased from, please e-mail Remington Consumer Service at: or call us at (877) 387-6691. We will provide you with detailed instructions regarding how to process the return. Products may be returned for a full refund within 60 days of shipment. Items must be in unused, unaltered condition with original, undamaged packaging.

Shopping & Ordering Questions

What methods of payment are available online?
For orders placed through our website, we accept payment from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Online orders currently only accept a single form of payment.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders, unless you live in a tax-exempt state. Estimated Sales Tax will be added to the total price of your order during checkout, and when your order is placed, your order confirmation email will contain the final purchase total, including the final sales tax amount. Typically, the estimated sales tax amount will be the same as the final sales tax applied to your order.

When will I be charged for my order?
We do not charge your credit card until your item(s) have been shipped. If your order has been split into multiple shipments, we will only collect payment on the portion of your order that has shipped. Please review your order confirmation email for details on the amount actually charged to your credit card. The charge will appear on your credit card statement from merchant Remington Arms Company.
