Shipping Methods
Remington offers UPS ground shipping for a flat rate of just $14.99. Applies to a valid street address anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. These rates do not apply to Hawaii or Alaska, where packages can only be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air. Some products are restricted due to either heavy weight or hazardous materials.

Lightweight orders (less than 5 lbs) can be delivered through the United States Postal Service (USPS) for only $9.99 to a P.O. Box.

Shipping Confirmation
When your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation and when the order is shipped from our distribution center, you will receive an email to inform you of your order status. The shipping confirmation email will contain the tracking number for your package. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated. By registering an account on our site at the time of purchase, you will be able to access your Order History and Order Tracking Information. Please be advised that orders shipping with the USPS final delivery option may not include tracking information for your items.

Payment Methods
Remington accepts online payments from MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Remington will not charge your credit card until your item(s) have been shipped. If your order has been split into multiple shipments, we will only collect payment on the portion of your order that has shipped.

The safety and privacy of sensitive customer and payment information are the utmost priority at Remington. When you place an order with us online, our data security technology ensures payment security, eliminating storage of sensitive card data by tokenizing your credit card payment info at the point of entry. Modifying or Cancelling an Order
If you've already submitted your online order, but need to change something, add another item, or cancel the order, please contact Remington Consumer Service at, or call us at (877) 387-6691 for assistance. An order can usually be changed or modified as long as the request is made within 15 minutes of your purchase.

Order Status
Once you’ve submitted your online order, you should receive an order confirmation email, followed by a second email with the tracking number at the time the order has shipped. If you’ve registered an account with us, you can also view the status of your order and obtain tracking information in the Order History section of My Account.

Applying Promotion Codes
Have a promotion code? Once you’ve added items to your cart, you will have the option to “Enter promo code” on the order summary section in the cart preview before proceeding to checkout, as well as during the checkout process. Only one promotional offer per order is accepted.

Create an Account
Create an account for fast, hassle-free checkout with stored shipping and billing settings, quick access to current and past order history, check order status and obtain tracking information, and manage your wish list and newsletter subscriptions.

You can login or create a new account by clicking the “SIGN IN or CREATE ACCOUNT” at the top of the website or when prompted once you’re ready to “proceed to checkout”. New Customers will receive an email confirming your registered email address.

If you believe you’ve already registered an account with us, please use the “forgot your password?” link for returning customers. A password reset email will be sent to the registered email. For security, the link to reset your password will expire after 30 minutes.
