1. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and have a valid driver’s license in their State of residence. Employees of Remington and its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent company, suppliers, distributors, advertising, promotion or any other agencies or entities involved with this Promotion and members of their families (parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and/or those residing in the same household (whether related or not) of each of the above are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.

2. TO ENTER: Go to www.remington.com/meetbrett and follow instructions to enter the Sweepstakes. Entries close at 11:59 Eastern Time on 10/1/08. One entry per e-mail address via this method of entry. Should multiple users of the same email account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized subscriber of the email account, at the time of entry, will be considered the entrant. The definition of an account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like means to enter the Sweepstakes online will void all such online entries affected by such methods. Sponsor, Administrator and their agencies are not responsible for unauthorized human intervention, phone, technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures, malfunctions or disconnects of any kind, or misdirected, illegible, incomplete, stolen, garbled, fragmented or delayed internet/email computer transmissions or network/ISP/website internet accessibility/availability; or for incorrect or incomplete capture of any information.

3. DETERMINATION OF WINNER: The drawing for all prizes will be conducted by Administrator and held, at random, from all eligible entries received, on or about October 15, 2008. Incomplete, illegible, undeliverable and non-U.S. entries will not be honored. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, illegible, postage due or incomplete entries. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Only entries that have completed the required fields are eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Odds of winning any prize are determined by the number of eligible entries received from all methods of entry. Sponsor will notify Grand Prize winners by mail and/or phone.

4. PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize – Win one Grand Prize trip for two (2) people to meet Brett Favre. Prize includes: round trip coach air transportation for two from a major airport near winner’s residence to a major airport, double occupancy hotel accommodations for 1 night at a hotel to be chosen by the Sponsor, transportation to and from the airport and one (1) fifteen minute meet and greet with Brett Favre. Approx. Retail Value (ARV) $1,800.00 per trip for two. Each Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all of his/her own applicable federal, state and local taxes, as well as any sales tax, fees and expenses, incurred in claiming and using the prize. All expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the entrant. Entry in this Sweepstakes constitutes each entrant's agreement to pay all applicable taxes and comply with all laws. Trip must be taken on the dates specified or it will be forfeited. Once booked, the air reservations may not be changed, revised or cancelled. Travel companion of winner must be 18 years of age or older. No cash alternative to the above trips will be offered, even if Brett Favre is not available to meet. A prize of equal or greater value may be substituted by the Sponsor if any advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, including chance to meet Brett Favre. Grand Prizes are not transferable.

5. GENERAL: The Grand Prize Winners and their guests will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability / Publicity Release and return it within 7 days of attempted delivery or an alternate winner will be selected. Grand Prize Winners and their guests hereby consent to the use of their names, voices and/or likenesses by the Sponsor for advertising purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law. Grand Prize Winners and guests must agree to follow all hotel, airline and shuttle bus rules and regulations. Entry into the sweepstakes constitutes consent to be added to Sponsor and related companies direct mail and Internet marketing databases. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules of the sweepstakes. By participating in the sweepstakes, participants, winners (and their families) and guests (and their families) release Sponsor, Administrator, and their parents, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, agents, employees, promotional partners, advertising agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of the sweepstakes from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the sweepstakes and/or use of prizes, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, damage or loss.

6. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina for the resolution of all claims and disputes. If any part of these Official Rules is deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the balance of the Official Rules shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

7. To the fullest extent allowed by law, by entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection, use and disclosure of personal information to any third party for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and, unless otherwise specified, for consumer research and marketing purposes.
