Specifically designed to deliver maximum long range performance, Nitro Pheasant shotshells consist of magnum grade, hard Copper-Lokt® plated shot protected by Remington’s famous Power Piston® wad. Remington Nitro Pheasant loads are easily distinguishable by their unique sparkle hull design, allowing hunters to quickly select them when the situation calls for magnum performance.

Late season pheasant hunting can test the skill, patience and especially the ammunition of the serious upland hunter. New Nitro Pheasant magnum loads are offered in 12 gauge, 2 3/4-inch, 1 3/8 oz. payload at 1450 fps and 12 gauge, 3-inch, 1 5/8 oz. payload at 1350 fps. These high velocity and magnum offerings provide an increase in overall payload energy and individual pellet energy for outstanding results at extended ranges.
