The Model 700 CDL SF (Classic Deluxe Stainless Fluted) will be available in six popular calibers – 7mm-08 Rem, .270 Win, .30-06 Sprg, 7mm Rem Mag, .270 WSM and .300 WSM. Only the limited edition version in .17 Remington® Fireball will feature commemorative engraving and the “Model 700 Limited” rollmark.

This classically-styled hunting rifle is based on the highly accurate Model 700 bolt-action platform, renowned for its “three rings of steel” design delivering unparalleled strength; solid-steel cylindrical receiver design providing a solid bedding area and consistent shot placement; and the new X-MARK PRO™ trigger with its mirror-like surfaces and adjustable pull weight provides an ultra crisp feel and no creep. The result is a rifle that delivers peak performance and accuracy.

The Model 700 CDL SF has a traditional straight comb American walnut stock with right-handed cheek piece. Adding to the classic look of this handsome stock are generous cut checkering, black fore-end tip and grip cap and satin finish. The durable receiver and barrel are machined from solid 416 stainless steel and feature a satin finish. The clean, magnum contour 24-inch barrel on short action, short magnum and long action offerings and the 26-inch length on the magnum calibers feature our Light Varmint-style fluting for weight reduction and heat dissipation. Other features include jeweled bolt, hinged floorplate with four round magazine capacity (three round capacity in magnum versions); recoil-softening R3® Recoil Pad; receiver drilled and tapped for scope mounts; and sling swivel studs.
