newest limited edition Model 700 collectible series – the
2007 Model 700 CDL SF (Stainless Fluted) LTD Edition
chambered in the new lightning-fast .17 Remington Fireball. This
limited edition version is the premier introductory rifle
offering for this exciting .17 caliber small game and varmint
cartridge. Commemorative engraving on the hinged floorplate and
limited production quantities will add to the collectible value
of this handsome bolt-action rifle.
The Model 700 CDL SF LTD Edition is housed in a satin finished,
straight comb American walnut stock with right-handed cheek
piece. Enhancing the classic look of the stock are generous cut
checkering, black fore-end tip and grip cap. The durable 416
stainless fluted barreled action, clean 24-inch hammer-forged
barrel and jeweled bolt – all feature a satin stainless finish.
Other features include receiver drilled and tapped for scope
mounts; four round magazine capacity; R3® Recoil Pad; and sling
swivel studs.
Engraving on the hinged floorplate denoting the introduction of
the .17 Remington Fireball cartridge and “Model 700 Limited”
rollmark on the receiver, set this limited edition CDL apart
from the standard offering.
