The Model 870 pump action platform starts with a durable receiver milled from a solid billet of steel; smooth and reliable non-binding action with its twin action bar design; and legendary accuracy. This Express Turkey/Deer Combo features a weather-resistant, synthetic stock and fore-end camouflaged with the redesigned, multipurpose Mossy Oak Break-Up® pattern. The carbon steel, hammer-forged barrels wear a non-reflective matte black finish for added concealment as does the receiver. The 21-inch vent rib bead sighted barrel features the Rem™ Choke system and comes supplied with a Turkey Extra Full Choke Tube. With its .687 inch constriction, this extended choke delivers extremely tight and dense patterns to “reach out and touch” that wary longbeard. When deer season rolls around, simply switch out the shorter smoothbore barrel for the 23-inch fully rifled version.  This heavy contour barrel design decreases recoil and optimizes accuracy when shooting hard-hitting slug loads. The solidly-constructed cantilever scope mount accepts Weaver-style rings for the convenience of adding a scope.
