Woodcock Poppers
1 woodcock breast
1 slice jalapeno pepper
1 slice cream cheese
1 slice bacon
Take woodcock breast and pound flat with mallet. Put slice of jalapeno and slice of cream cheese inside each breast. Wrap outside with a slice of bacon and tie together with a toothpick. Grill until bacon is crisp.
