Remington Arms is the leading manufacturer and seller of Sporting Firearms, Ammunition and Accessories in the country. We currently have an opening for a Shows & ECommerce Supervisor.

Shows & ECommerce Supervisor

Manage marketing communications projects, from concept through production and execution by performing the following duties.

Primary Responsibilities
 

• Develop and manage the country store programs , including merchandise selection, vendor selection, service provider administration, inventory management, billing reporting and order processing. For all Brands $800,000 annual sales goal.

• Develop and manage the companies trade show efforts, that include the SHOT show, IWA show, wholesalers and Buy group shows, for all brands including Remington, Marlin and H&R, Bushmasters and Law enforcement efforts at SHOT, including booth design , space reservation, employee room reservations, management of vendors of various services and design firms

• Develop collateral materials (catalogs & brochures, demo videos, sell sheets, sales manuals, etc.) from concept through to production, as well as manage inventory and process orders. For the Marlin and H&R brands

• Develop and implement consumer and trade promotions, rebates and sweepstakes. Include concept through delivery of retail promotion kits, procure premiums, manage design, production and fulfillment vendors, track performance, and resolve complaints. For all Brands.

• Develop and manage Point-Of-Purchase and In-Store Merchandising program, including temporary and permanent displays, retail enhancement, and promotional materials. Includes developing concepts, design agency management, vendor selection, inventory management, billing reporting and order processing. For all Brands.

.• Works with Field Sales on literature request.

Skills and Education

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) skills required. Experience using Photoshop helpful, but not required.
