The Senior
Buyer Develops and implements supply management strategies
to provide uninterrupted flow of high quality materials at
the lowest total cost while optimizing service and inventory
levels. This includes both domestic and foreign sources for
metals, stampings, castings, and purchased fabricated
subassembly requirements. The successful candidate must have
a strong background in purchasing components to support a
manufacturing operation.

• B.A or B.S. in a
related field coupled with a strong technical
background
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience
• Proficiency with e-procurement tools and SAP
• Strong negotiating ability
• Excellent Excel, Word and MS Project skills
• Certification in purchasing or materials preferred |
