Provides retail sales
support to all assigned retail accounts in the geographic
territory.

• Represents all
Freedom Group companies through store coverage and
executing objectives as set forth by the Director of
Business Development to achieve superior in-store
results in assigned retail accounts.
• Sets up POP material, End Cap displays and
merchandises the various store types depending upon
the criteria set by the FG Marketing group and that
particular customer.
• Understands the different customer levels and
delivers information based off of that level. For
instance, a Dealer (BG, Direct or Non-Direct) will
be informed about how to utilize our Partners Store
and Co-op program to benefit the dealer.
• Shows the dealers how to order literature, find
current National Rebates, file for Co-op
advertising, order parts and/or warranty work,
artwork for ads, and other valuable assets the FG
companies offer the dealer.
• Listens, learns and collects data about the
customer they are servicing in order to gather
valuable information from the stores regarding
competition, displays, buying trends, hot products,
state law changes and other valuable information.
• Enters “call reports” in SalesForce software, on a
daily basis, in order to provide Sales with a
medical record of the account so that salespeople
will have important information regarding account
likes/dislikes, buying trends, etc.
• Keeps the following current documentation on hand
at all times: FG stocking distributors specials with
pricing, terms and freight minimums, lists of
“problem inventory” specials that the FG would like
to sell. (i.e. ISP products) and a “Hit List” of
products that need some concentration on in the
field (typically models with high inventory levels).
• Effectively and efficiently visits customers
(Chains, Buy Group, Direct and Non-Direct customers)
by utilizing the Map Point program.
• Collaborates with salespeople in their designated
territories to work Shows, Promotions, Shoots and
Educational seminars if needed.
• Attends and participates in National or Regional
Chain promotions/sales throughout the year, which
requires full understanding of the products
customers currently stock (may include special
makeup products).
• Trains on the Freedom Groups Online University for
all product lines as they are available to become
proficient in the following areas: delivering sales
fundamentals; maintaining continual improvements of
sales coverage and productivity in assigned retail
accounts; personally calling on and developing
relationships with key retail store operations
decision makers; developing and selling all key
store personnel on major Remington objectives such
as brand information, shelf standards, etc.;
coordinating all merchandising events in assigned
territory; assisting Regional Sales Representatives
in communicating customer needs; developing and
executing retail coverage plans to ensure goals are
met; maintaining full distribution of and displaying
of products in assigned accounts; rotating stock,
cleaning and stock display and pricing merchandise;
ensuring adherence to approved goals and objectives.

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college
or university; or one to two years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
• Thorough product knowledge of all Freedom Group
family brands.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual
should have knowledge of Internet software;
Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft
Office Word Processing software.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general
business periodicals, professional journals,
technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence,
and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and
respond to questions from groups of managers,
clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as
discounts, interest, commissions, proportions,
percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and
geometry.
• Ability to: define problems, collect data,
establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of
technical instructions in mathematical or diagram
form and deal with several abstract and concrete
variables.
