The Industrial
Engineer's responsibilities include establishing work
measurement programs and analyzing work samples to develop
standards for labor utilization; analyzing work-force
assignment, facility layout, and operational data to
determine efficient utilization of employees and equipment
and recommending methods for improving employee efficiency
and reducing waste.

• Bachelor’s degree
in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical
Engineering
• 3-5 years in a manufacturing organization,
preferably in a metalworking environment |
