The Model R-15 in 30 Remington AR offers a compact platform with big-game hunting capability with ballistics similar to the venerable 308 Win, in a cartridge sized perfectly to fit in the R-15 rifle. This new system will give hunters an option by providing ballistic performance previously not available in an AR-15 style platform.

For peak accuracy, the R-15’s 22-inch, 0.680" OD barrel is precision-crafted from Chrome-Moly steel and is free-floated within the machined aluminum fore-end tube and given a recessed hunting crown for the ultimate in shot-to-shot consistency. Six longitudinal flutes forward of the gas block provide increased rigidity and weight reduction while promoting rapid barrel cooling. 

Control comes naturally with the ergonomic pistol grip and lightweight overall design of the R-15. Its uppers and lowers are machined from aluminum forgings for featherweight durability. This version of the R-15 is decked in the ultra-effective Realtree® AP HD® camouflage to blend with a variety of hunting terrains. A four-round magazine is included to comply with most state big game hunting rifle regulations.
