The Safety
Supervisor Responsibilities include training employees;
planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising
performance and resolving problems, as well as recommending
measures to improve production methods, equipment
performance, and quality of product. The successful
candidate will be responsible for departmental budget and
performance.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree in
Engineering, Business, or a related field, as well
as a minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in
a manufacturing environment. A Bachelor’s degree and
at least 2 years experience in a high volume or job
shop machining operation is preferred. |
